Are prices include a complete Home Inspection (2-3 hours). A full written report with photos (usually recive within 24-40hrs after inspection). You can veiw a sample report on this website. Most of the time there will be two of us inspecting. We highly recommend for you as the client to come to the inspection to make sure we get ALL your questions answered.

1. $300.00 Standard Home Inspection within 30 miles of Mason City or Cedar Falls

2. $125.00 Radon test within 30 miles of Mason City or Cedar Falls 

3. $400.00 Both Home and Radon Inspection within 30 miles of Mason City or Cedar Falls 

4. Add $25.00 For more then 30 miles from Mason City or Cedar Falls 

5. Add $75.00 For a home over 75 years old

6. Add $50.00 For a home over 3000 sq ft
